Sewage Treatment Systems

1. The Property is not connected to a city sewage system.
2. Main Residence uses a Septic Tank and leaching or drain field as primary method to dispose of its water discharge
   • 900 gallon septic tank (pumped and certified February 4, 2022)
   • 1350 sq foot drain field
   • Laundry has an unused discharge line 2" pvc. Currently connected to Septic Tank
3. Septic Tank overflow is connected to Staehlermatic Anerobic/Aerobic Treatment 500 gallon tank with 1,000 gallon/day capacity. Grey water outflow goes to Pond.
4. Stable has 1 toilet connected to 55 gallon in-ground settling tank with a 150 sq ft drain field. (max use 6 gallon per day)
5. Avian Kitchen has 1 sink and one dishwasher connected to 20' french drain and 55 gallon in-ground settling tank. Another dishwasher has above ground drain.(Max use 6 gallons per day)
6. Guest cottage has 2 toilets, 2 sinks discharging to a 450 gallon septic tank (pumped 4 February 2022) with 150 sq ft drain field (Max use 50 gallons per day)
